The Modern Domestic Employer Series
Join ETCIO’s Modern Domestic Employer Series, a four-weekend virtual learning experience for employers seeking better communication, stronger household systems, healthier relationships, and more peaceful homes.
The Modern Domestic Employer Series is a practical training designed for employers of domestic workers. It equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and systems needed to build structured, respectful, and productive homes.
Many employers receive little guidance on how to hire, onboard, communicate with, supervise, and retain domestic staff. As a result, households often experience unnecessary stress, misunderstandings, conflict, and frequent staff turnover.
This series addresses those challenges directly. Through expert-led conversations, real-life stories, and practical tools, participants will learn how to create healthier relationships and stronger household systems.
A peaceful home does not happen by accident. Instead, it grows from intentional leadership, clear expectations, effective communication, healthy boundaries, and consistent systems.
Unfortunately, many employers learn through trial and error. Consequently, they face avoidable challenges that affect both family life and staff relationships.
The Modern Domestic Employer Series helps employers move from frustration and constant supervision to confidence, clarity, and structure. More importantly, it provides practical strategies that can be applied immediately.
