12-week Social Skills and Etiquette Program for Domestic Workers and Employers
In 2023, ETCIO introduced a groundbreaking social skills and etiquette program in Abuja, focusing on domestic workers and their employers. Over 18 weeks, two cohorts of domestic workers underwent comprehensive training, gaining proficiency in various areas including communication, emotional intelligence, personal hygiene, and conflict resolution. The program’s success received acclaim from both employers and employees, who praised its effectiveness in enhancing service delivery and efficiency.
