He brings to ETCIO deep expertise in project oversight, governance, systems thinking, and long-term institutional growth, helping ensure the organization’s sustainability and strategic direction.
Nnenna Nweke | Board Member
Nnenna Nweke is an entrepreneur, mentor and community development advocate with experience spanning banking, enterprise and social impact. Passionate about youth mentorship and women’s economic empowerment, she brings to ETCIO valuable insight in enterprise development, community engagement and locally driven solutions, helping strengthen the organization’s programs, partnerships and connection to the communities it serves.
Chiagoziem Adindu | Vice President
Chiagoziem Adindu is the Co-founder of ETCIO, a lawyer, nonprofit professional and etiquette consultant passionate about helping people build the skills and confidence to navigate life and work. Her work spans social and character development, education, workforce readiness and nonprofit leadership, with a particular interest in creating stronger pathways from learning to earning.
